If you bought EAP/FSD but got the 30 day free trial...
I purchased mine with EAP. It was working fine. One day in late November, I got a pop-up saying I could start a 30 day trial. There seemed to be no correct answer to this. I selected yes because I didn't want EAP disabled if I selected no. Sure enough, 30 days later it said the trial was over...
