Mine looks like this (attached with personal info redacted). I fully paid 8 days ago and got a call to confirm the appointment on Friday and a "Delivery Appointment Reminder" email today. I would have expected them to have been in contact with you already but it's also probably fine.

Having search TMC I can't find anyone who has a Europe Q3 delivery earlier than me 17 Aug @ 9am. from Bristol (though I could have missed something). Bristol port is only 3-4 miles away from me... too bad my M3 will have to wait til Southamption to unload but I might get my drone out to see if I get a good photo of the ship I've been tracking for the last few weeks.
