Yes, definitely a case of analysis paralysis. I wouldn’t have thought about stiffness either had I not read about it. Do you enjoy your MYP? Have you encountered any major issues?

    Tham's MYP Log/Journal

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it does seem like Tesla service in California is going to be impacted based on how many Tesla — let alone Y’s — have popped up on the road in the last few months. Feels like every 3rd car is a Tesla. This doesn’t bother me as no car is unique in SoCal, but I’m sure...

    Tham's MYP Log/Journal

Hi! After weeks of debate and 5 test drives, I reserved an in-stock Blue MYP that I will have to fly to Sacramento from SoCal to pickup. I haven't paid the full amount as i'm beginning to get cold feet after stories of Tesla service and quality issues. What are your long-tine experiences as...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

I think its safe to assume that Jaguar Land Rover has absolutely no interest in a super charger network. I don't expect any of the car companies to do what Tesla did with the Super Charger network as its just yet another cost and liability. I would expect the giants that are moving towards...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

I'm also likely canceling my reservation and probably going for a (a completely Anti-Tesla car in every way) lease on a Range Rover Velar (I plan to return to Tesla after lease). As Jaguar Land Rover has a horrible reputation in terms of reliability, I would urge you to consider leasing the...

    Estimated delivery

So, the 3-5 month wait pushed me torwards the decision to cancel as I don't have a car due to mine being totaled by a drunk driver -_- . I want to lease for 36 months and return to Tesla; hopefully the Model 3 will be more refined and have more interior options by then. I have a question...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

So, I am confused. If you are reservation holder that ordered yesterday, your wait is 3-5 months. If you are a brand new customer without a reservation and you order a Model 3 today, the website says delivery in 4-6 months -- so 1 month after reservation holders. Did they invite ALL...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

What year was your Model S? One of the reasons why I'm generally ok with coming back to Tesla in 3-ish years despite the tax credit being gone is that the Model 3 will likely have had its issues refined, as the Model S did with time. Still haven't canceled haha.

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

I know that the Tesla is a great experience. I gave it more thought today and was teetering on changing my mind. I got the email and decided to check out the builder. My delivery is "3-5" months, which seems the be the case for everyone else. While that is soon, its also a pretty long wait as I...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

I've been checking habitually since news broke that they've apparently "opened" the design studio for all remaining day 1 holders. My order date was 4/1 but a May-July delivery. Still have not received an email, nor do I have access to the design studio. I am sure it will be worth the wait...

New June invites coming “in the next few days”

Man, this wait... The lack of communication regarding ordering and delivery has been frustrating. This is probably not the place to write this but I have to say that all this extra time waiting for May-June invites has given me a chance to give the purchase some intense thought over the past...

Some videos from YouTube about other manufacturers

Honestly, his simple base argument that Tesla’s Autopilot is unsafe is defeated by the mere fact that there are not many accidents — fatal or not — caused by Autopilot relative to the number of cars out there. Get the data for 100,000 Autopilog Equipped Tesla’s and 100,000 regular cars of any...

Some videos from YouTube about other manufacturers

You are correct, they SHOULD. However, the mere fact that there are not as many (if any) videos on YouTube of such tests taking place while you are able to find a few videos from their competitors does NOT mean that they do not test nor does it mean that their cars are any less or more safer...
