Also, I called tesla support and they didn't know anything, so it may be a waste of time to sit on hold every time you try to find out more information.

Update: Tesla called today out of the blue saying my car was ready to be picked up. The delivery advisor said he would email me and I never got that. Also didn't get a VIN. Frantically applying for loans now because I wasn't expecting this so soon!
