Has anyone else had challenges with 38.6 on a Model X? I updated last night, and all seemed well, but not the car is showing 'Software Update Required - Schedule Service'. The car drives, but all cameras are not working, and therefore AP won't work. I've tried rebooting, but it made no difference.

Thanks @Chewy13 yes, I have noticed drives missing too. I can cope with those, but then missing charges are problematic (for me).

I exported my charging stats this morning for company expenses, and I noticed Tessie does not capture all charging events. In September, it missed 2 long supercharging sessions and 3 home charging sessions. I'm now wondering if I've been blindly trusting Tessie's stats for months, but it's...

Typical time is 8 weeks. I got my first Tesla in 8 weeks. That was last year. Second Tesla in 4 weeks. That was June this year. 4 weeks because it had already been prepared, etc.

There are a dozen threads on here asking the same question. Only you can answer it. It's a personal choice.

I think Tesla stated it wouldn't be coming for a while due to issues with Tesla Vision. It was in the release notes (20.8, 20.9?). Until they can make Tesla Vision as accurate as USS, they have too much risk of claims from owners. Put another way. You ain't getting Summon back.

@WannabeOwner Funnily enough, I was about to write a similar post. Our MY occasionally misbehaves. Phantom braking, but it's improved significantly over the past year. Our 2019 MX is really good. Of late, I have done several 100 mile+ runs in the MX with Autopilot driving pretty much the whole...

But consider these forums represent possibly 1% of Tesla ownership, and these forums (like all product forums) tend to be a whine-fest. Moreover, this is the pommie forum, so the whining is turned up to 11 ;)

I think you should be raising a service request. There's something wrong. We have an MX and MY, and I almost never get false alarms. Had one genuine event in probably the last three months. If you are having so many, I am sure you will have been saving the events to share with Tesla.

Tesla has always found it impossible to find and fix bugs.
