Maybe it's the speaker in the A pillar? You can remove it by pulling straight up and unplugging the cable. On my car the speaker itself rattles inside the housing so I just put some felt tape between it.

To be fair, the model 3 is meant to be the Tesla equivalent of the BMW 3 series, which has a lot more road noise (from my experience) than the 5 series.

Interestingly, there's no P3D+ in inventory on the west coast because pearl white is in such high demand (being the standard color now).
