@IT Geek Pace laps are lead by a Pace car. The cars on the track are restricted to the speed of the pace car as determined by the track. Since this is not a driving school, which is beyond our budget, cars are not allowed to just "race" around the track.

@Healy Yes, it is going to be a great day! We are not sure but based on what I have heard from other groups who have done this its between 25 ad 40 mphs. We will be going in groups of 20 or so.

The speedway forbids children being in the track area or in vehicles on the track. The IMS does have a museum next door and that will be open during the time of our event. Children could visit the museum under supervision.

You can still registers. Regular registration will stay open until all slots are filled.
