UK Gen3 Wall Charger in Hong Kong

I believe the people who installed my wall charger was Shun Hing (Panasonic distributor in HK). Check with them, see if they sell it. Some people also put the charger inside a metal box to protect it. Good luck.

UK Gen3 Wall Charger in Hong Kong

Most residential places, the max power from your building will likely only get you about 34km/h, regardless of your charger. I don't think a wall charger is really needed. I would suggest just installing a 13A plug; you can install a lockable breaker to prevent unauthorized use. I actually...

DIY Chrome Delete for Model 3

Tesbro Chrome Delete. I do believe it is legit 3M. Adhesion is good and forgiving. I do believe with patience, you can do a nice job. Make sure there is adequate light. Don't rush it. I would suggest to cut out the pieces and slowly unpeel as you stick it on. Contrary to many others, I do not...

Seat Covers for Model 3 in HK

I just went on Taobao and found these seat covers. Front and back cost like 360RMB, shipping was 70rmb. On YouTube there are many ways to install it, but you sort of just wing it. Front is not hard install. The back seat may be a bit more challenging. But I actually didn't intend to install them...

    Model 3 Intake Air Filter

Suggest you try different brands of filters. I tried at least five different ones (just the intake filters, not counting the hepa filters that i tried). I have a very good HEPA filter for those inside cabin (refer to my post), so I don't need a super thick intake filter. Avoid getting filters...

    Model 3 Intake Air Filter

The M3 does not have an Intake Air Filter, its after market. I added the first filter in Oct. 2020. I finally replaced it with another filter now. I was blow away as to how dirty the filter had become. There were concerns that adding a filter there would add stress to the fan. I actually haven't...

    Door Repair Recommendations

There may be other places in kwun tong or san po kong area that are cheaper, but 5K-7K is not unreasonable, pending quality of work. You don't really want to go too low end. bad white paint may yellow quickly. Also, try asking the sales guy who gave you a demo when you bought your car. He may...

Installing HEPA on a RHD M3. LUFTT HEPA

Use the hepa filter for a week now. Again, no meters to test it. But, I do feel the air has less smell and seem crisp and clear. No real decrease in air cond flow. overall quite satisfied. I wouldn't recommend ripping out a new stock filter (but i did) and replacing it. but if u are due for a...

    Model 3 subwoofer install.

This may work out for you. Its not available in my neck of the woods and not cheap. I went with the Karmenn Acoustics. My whole objective was not to drill or make a box anywhere. I want the whole trunk space. Surprisingly, the under the seat, when placed in the trunk, becomes alot better. The...

Installing HEPA on a RHD M3. LUFTT HEPA

I don't have any devices to measure the flow, but I did play around with it. I can not tell any difference. I did not need to increase the fan rate. In the end, I just kept everything on auto and I didn't notice any increase in fan setting. The aircond felt just as cool. There are a lot more...

Installing HEPA on a RHD M3. LUFTT HEPA

My M3 SR+ is late Aug 2020. My filter is very new, but I was tempted by HEPA filters. In my neck of the woods I can order from T$%B*& for pretty cheap prices, but instead I went on Amazon USA and ordered it, hoping for better QC. Stock is made in Germany, and this one from Amazon, is PRC...

Installing HEPA on a RHD M3. LUFTT HEPA

I finally installed the HEPA filter into my car. Prior to that, I had watched countless videos on how to replace the filter. I drive a RHD variant. So naturally I assumed, the opening of the filter will be on the left hand side. I took apart the left side and as it turns out the opening of the...

    Scratched Rims M3

I usually take great care in avoiding scratches to the rims. But I find with the M3 SR+, is very easy to scratch it up. I dread hearing that metal to concrete scratching sound. I get goose bumps just writing about it. After a month of driving a new car...it happened. Oh...the misery of it all. I...
