This is happening to me as well. AP 2.0 Model S, started after V10 update. I had not tried smart summons at all the first time it happened randomly on a surface street. I keep my fob on the console, so definitely not an accidental press. Has anyone contacted Tesla?

Also make sure your car hasn’t been governed. When I first received my S75D the governor was on. Perhaps they accidentally enabled the governor when you got uncorked. Or maybe you’re in valet mode. That governs top speed too. For me, with my uncorked 75D, performance above 80 is still peppy...
