Update: After 3 1/2 weeks Tesla finally got it right and I was able to get it wrapped with PPF. I understand what you are saying, but I expect a $70k car to be free of chips. Especially since it’s black and shows everything.

Looking for other peoples opinions on how to handle a situation with dealing with Tesla. I got my Black Model Y in September and when I got it it has a small chip on the hood which I asked Tesla to correct. They said they would correct it but that would require them to repaint the entire hood...

This tread helped me out. I was having the same problem, but before I called Tesla service I looked on the forum and low and behold I wasn’t the only person with this problem. I took my usb out and reformatted it and it fixed the problem.

I have my delivery scheduled for 3pm today. I have two Model Y orders MSM MYLR OD- 5/23 and Black MYP OD-8/11. In my Tesla App only shows my MSM MYLR, but I’m picking up my Black MYP. Since I put in the MYLR order first, that’s why it’s in the app I assume. I got my delivery instructions...

Crazy. I ordered a MSM LR on 5/23 but still doing have a VIN for my LR. I ordered my P on 8/11 and got a VIN a week later.

I keep trying it I call the 888-519-3752 to see where my MYP is since I got my VIN yesterday and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. Am I calling the right number? Can I schedule delivery now that I have my VIN?
