    Bypassing the TPMS

    I am glad that the TPMS question is finally answered ..... somewhat. My conclusion from reading all the online rhetotics is that it's OK to run my winter set of snow tires and rims without those pesky TPMS sensors. The vehicle's ECU still function and I can drive my Model S down the highway...

    Winter Tires .... Again?

    Nevermind .... I answered my own question using the tire size calculator from American Tires. According to the calculator, a 225/55R18 will be compatible to the stock 19" tires (see pix). I will go 65.1 mph when the vehicle displays 65 mph.
