I just had the same issue appear on my instrument panel. Took it to the SC and they ordered new display. They told me it's a common problem covered under my CPO.

I would double check with the service center. I purchased private party that was just purchased as a CPO 4 months prior. I did not pay a fee to transfer the remaining CPO warranty. But as we have heard on this forum not all service centers are on the same page.

Then why not PM if your looking out for him and not just being a troll. Also depending on the purchasers state private party might not pay tax. For example in my state it's almost 9% savings plus the possible 2k in delivery fees from Tesla. No need to point out things on a thread to try and...
