I think we (Americans) associate car size with features. I like smaller cars (one reason I thought I would never own a model S), but I also like features. Seems like something is always left off smaller cars. I had an Audi S3 on order when I got my Model S.

No, it was not a hold it was a charge. They messed up and this shouldn’t have happened. Not sure why you want to be an apologist for them more than they do, but this was NOT a normal situation.

Update: I got my car back and the young lady in service explained the situation the best she could since it is something Hertz did. The charge is supposed to be removed by midnight or something like that. There wasn’t any arguing or being upset. I talked about it on this forum about 100x more...
