any luck w/ 38.6 installation? I had to do a hard reset (disconnecting & reconnecting 16v battery & first responder wire) on my MSLR. Prior to that, firmware was 38.4 and stuck at 100% downloading of 38.6. Also none of the cameras were working & GPS location was not refreshing.

After doing a hard reset (disconnecting & reconnecting 12v), all the cameras are back on for now as well as GPS location is getting updated. The car also installed the 2023.38.6 firmware (before the hard reset, it was stuck at downloading 100%). Let's see how long the camera will stay alive...

Just received an OTA software update for 2023.38.6 and downloading it currently. Hopefully this will fix the camera & gps issue.

My '23 Model S also have the same issue (GPS location not updating). And all the cameras have stopped working (black screen) as well. I tried the soft & hard reboot but did not fix the issue. will bring the car to the service center for further diagnostic. All those issues surfaced one day...

same here. if you live in san diego and submitted the application for pre-approval before 12/3, you would still be qualified for $2500.

haha...i feel ya. I have been doing exact the same thing for the past 6 weeks...ordered mine on 10/22. Hopefully we will be getting our cars soon!
