Just ate at the host business. There's 13 stalls on the main line and 2 by the front door.

There is 1 dedicated handicap stall by the front door of the business.

Zero issues, no change in efficiency.

Asphalt is down, they're still working on the interior of the building. Still no word on what its going to be but it looks to have a drive thru. Probably another month or 2 before completion. I drive by there everyday, I'll be sure to post here when I see it go live.

Installed a set of Continental Extremecontact 275/30/20 on my '22 3 Performance today. Stock ubertine wheels, they fit without issue, no rubbing anywhere. Driving around town the car definitely feels more planted and looks much much better. Does not look like it skips leg day anymore from the rear.
