Are you sure about that? I’m looking at the IRS website and it states “The maximum credit is $7,500 for qualified vehicles with gross vehicle weight ratings (GVWRs) of under 14,000 pounds and $40,000 for all other vehicles.” There’s no limit on cost, just on the credit. I’m citing this page...

I got this when it was on kickstarter for about half that price. It’s ridiculously good. We’re travel sport parents and always have a case of water and some gallon jugs of water in the cooler. Keeps everything nice and cool. I’ve also used it to keep growlers of beer cool as well.

So drove the car for an hour (2x30 min each way) and the creaking is kind of gone. Still aggravating that a car this expensive has this many issues.

I just found this thread as I’m dealing with this with my 2022 MYP. I already had the seat replaced once for the issue. When I brought it in initially they tightened the bolts and said it was good to go. I sat in it, drove around the lot, took the service manager with me and they brought it back...

I'm sitting here at the SC for the 4th time regarding this issue. They denied me on visit #1. Visit #2 they replaced the rear drive unit. Visit #3 they denied me again, and now I'm on Visit #4. Apparently Tesla has sent them a device they need to place on the arm rest and they drive the car...

Let me know how that works, I tried sound deadening insulation and it didn’t do anything.

I took my car in and actually drove around with the service manager. He’s been dealing with this issue as they’ve seen quite a few come in for this problem. We took a drive around and he could definitely hear the noise. He did say that it was not the worst he’s heard, but he can definitely...

I’m 6’5” and the roof gets HOT and my head starts sweating. Not as bad as the windshield, but I’m definitely putting some ceramic light tint on the roof to keep the sun from baking my brains while I drive.

I hear you. I’ve owned 2 Jeep Wranglers (still own an 04 TJ) and neither one of them have ever had any issues. This is very frustrating and a pain in the a$$ to deal with. I’ve had my MYP 5 weeks and 1 of those it’s spent at Tesla getting a new rear drive unit and now it has to go back again...

Yeah they did that on my first drive unit and it didn't fix the issue so they just replaced the entire rear drive unit. Looks like they need to investigate this one as well. This car is only 6 weeks old and will have been in 3 times for service.

On the new drive unit? No. They replaced the entire rear drive unit in the second time I brought it in.
