I was 100, and the first install in the NY area. Wrote a thorough review to the team with my concerns. They have since halted the production of PCC. They felt they were missing some parts. I will definitely update when the revisions have been made. I wouldn't get your hopes up for an on time...

Tesla is 100% not unionized. I believe that was in the Wired Model S "Through the window" video. I'm pretty sure Musk is anti-union but don't quote me on that.

He's referring to the integration of the new options into the production line. For example, the parking sensors, heated rear seats, extended napa leather. The changes should be integrated so you should be good to go whenever you're ready to pull the trigger.
