I have tried NUMEROUS times to use the App to schedule a service appointment for this "Gearbox Fluid warning" and other issues...but the Service portion of the App dies NOT recognize my location (home address). The App shows the car at our Home...

Thank you. What number did you call? I cannot even find a number to call for service appointments. There is DEFINITELY room for improvement in this area. It could be SO simple...yet it is not.
