failure of Tesla service appointments being useful - caution - rant follows
April 21 and I have heard nothing from the "remote diagnostics" folks. The car sits. I did clear up that I could have a loaner from Enterprise at Tesla expense, but I have a third car --reliable Honda -- how long, oh lord, how long.- Maltie

failure of Tesla service appointments being useful - caution - rant follows
I'm having my first service issue with my Model 3. Car charged to 80% of the 90% preset and will not charge further at all. This was April 11. Tesla set a service date of May 2, and so of course I have no use of the car until this is resolved. No point in running the battery down so I can't...- Maltie
