No, some of them are in my car and I'm not removing. You can order all of that from the service center. The hardest part to get is the rear cross-member to reinforce the bumper/frame, but ebay or body shops can get this.

Never had a car with this problem. Started smelling horrible in less than 9 months with my model 3. Local service center has no filters... wonder why? Maybe I'll have a car that doesn't smell like a bad shoe sometime this year.

I’ve replaced 3 myself now out of warranty. Service center isn’t interested in addressing this or helping. It’s painful just to get the gear from them @ < $2. Upside - I can replace them in less than an hour o_O

Also keep in mind charging produces excess heat. Charging by itself will warm the pack a good bit faster.

Got my car back. They replaced the 'Active Louvre Assembly - Right (1007269-00-F)' on Goodwill (I am out of warranty at this point). We'll have to see how things work out on my next trip.

I never heard back from Tesla's 'reviewing my logs and getting back to me'. Since then it worked fine for one trip day. Other trips the louvers did not open at all. It was hot outside and similar %soc so I would have expected similar behaviors. It's going into the service center tomorrow...

Thanks. When the outside temperature is 80F or warmer it starts at 118 kW and quickly drops to 60-66kW. It stays there until normal tapering. Moving stalls doesn't make it better. This is pretty much every supercharge in daytime (hot). I watched the last few times and didn't see them...

Most of the time (last few weeks) it charges, fans on louvers closed. Sometimes fans are very loud. Anything to try besides talking to service center? (I am not rooted)

I assume the louvers should open during supercharging. Anyone had an issue like this? Outside temperature is 85F. Charging at 60 kW at 25% battery. :( 2014 s85.
