Roof is complete! It looks amazing. Crew did a fantastic job and really worked well together (~5 of the them were on their first job). Total of 12 days (not including tear off). I have a couple questions that I sent to the PM. They finished on a Saturday and missed talking to the crew...

Day #9.... All good so far. These guys are doing a great job. Progress on transitioning the new inverters and tying into the new glass. Neighbors have been taking picks so I'll share from across the street.

No. We are having all are windows replaced, so that is why you see the siding being compromised. They do have to remove a couple of inches to accommodate the flashing that meets the roof line. here is the best pic.

Day #6... Good progress. Would say that about half way there. Super meticulous and impressed with how well the crew works together. Love all the attention to the details. This is the most I have seen of my neighbors in months....

I have both bubbling and what I call pilling. Project lead said it is normal and will not cause any issues.

Agree. The magnet roller is always full at the end of the day... We walk around the house every night picking up stray nails, screws, metal clipping. The crew does a good job cleaning each afternoon, but they can't get them all. Always make sure the driveway is clear. Someone must like...

We have the same Tesla branded underlayment. Current roof install in progress now. Sticky as hell and a pretty cool fabric/material. Attached a few in progress pics.
