it's not much, i supercharged 3 or 4 times already, and both maybe from 50 mile range to the 220mi range, cost is about $15. i have submitted a complaint to HQ to see what happens since Buena Park didn't want to help out much. but imo, cash back is best

i didn't get the credit until today. it shows under vehicle details' "Supercharging status" it really doesn't add to much, i had to supercharge a couple of times already, and each time it would only cost between $10-20 max depending on the starting battery level.

you can always send a complaint to Tesla HQ, only email i found that's working is [email protected], wonder if BBB is an option for misleading

at least you getting more info from BP than i do. It's always one way too for me, but i went last Tuesday and they had zero info. i have never seen them busy, always seen the advisors lounging around in the computers

1yr free is not bad , but when we placed the order on December 3rd, the site did say order by dec 8th and will get car by 31st. Not sure how they decided this cutoff date for who gets rebate and who gets something else.

Same thing. If they were more honest on when we getting the cars, and if there is different compensations for missing out on the rebate then make it official and announce it on paper so people dont feel left out (say getting 1800 back vs free supercharging) Cars shouldn't take that long to make...
