It should be 100% covered as it's a mechanical issue. I would try another service center, or put up a big stink about it. It's completely unacceptable.

It’s clearly an nvh issue. Point to this post and I think I even posted earlier the actual PDF of the service that they did on my car where it says warranty and zero cost

It should definitely be covered under warranty. Unless your car is now out of warranty, of course.

What size wheel? If 20”, go for the crossclimate 2’s in a slightly larger size (255/45) which will give you a little more sidewall protection and ride better.
