Ok - mobile service examined the issue remotely. They looked at the logs and noted that they could see the failed lane changes. They also said that they have been seeing other reports of similar issues with left lane changes in particular. The hardware was working so it must be a minor change...

I had the same problem - the firmware in the charger needed to be updated. When I installed the charger I had not connected it to my home network. Support emailed me the instructions to connect it - once connected within an hour it updated and things went back to normal. Hope this helps.

Quick update - mobile service came. As another post suggested - the buttons were not reconnected after the charge port was replaced. Visit took 10 minutes. Now working fine.

I believe that is exactly my problem. I didn’t check it after the charge port replacement.

Anyone else have seat release buttons that do not work in Model Y?

Same here - started last night. Won’t connect even in car. Shut off WiFi to see if that helped. Popped on for about a minute then lost it again. Model 3 39.6
