I suffered the same damage as the OP recently. It happened during night driving in a county road...no speeding involved. One I can say is that Tesla Roadside service was quick to respond and was very helpful getting my MS to the SC and an Uber to my final destination.

Agreed. Im in the same boat. A $20k upgrade for L and the 100 pack is worth it to me. The extra $10k is a money grab and IMHO, it has nothing to do with the owners who paid the $10k to upgrade to an L.

I have a P90D without the L and I'm curious to see the pricing (if it will even happen) for the battery (100) and performance (L) upgrade.
