Are any of y’all having issues with WiFi connecting? I’ve already made sure that my phone only connects to the wall charger but it keeps failing up update the charger via phone with the WiFi error. Going to the charger website directly shows that the charger is connected to WiFi.

Just passed this on the way to GM today. Will snap some pictures on the way back.

I I’ve had to ask the Tesla rep directly. They initially said they would put my order on an 8 day hold and the release it but have since gone back on that so I’ll have to keep the 22’ vin number.

Interesting and congratulations. Do you mind sharing the build date? It would be weirder if your build date was recent since we were both assigned a 2022 vin around the same time.

Checked with another person at Tesla and they said that it was likely waiting on parts at the Austin factory and that vehicles leaving Fremont leave immediately by train vs by truck from Austin so there are more logistics involved. Either way going to check it out on the 19th. If it looks good...

Order date was march 2022.

That would be reassuring if that was the case. My concern I guess is if these were rejects.

Very odd. I wonder, if a vehicle is rejected by a customer does that car go back to the plant?

Thats what I was concerned about. They said it’s just due to a bunch of vehicles being mfg’d. I do have the vin, but have noticed people leaving part of the vin number out. Which part is essential to share? Thanks!

Just received my VIN today. Austin built 2022 Model Y. Vehicle has USS still, and the Tesla Rep mentioned it was actually built August 4th, but that it had just shipped from Austin. She mentioned that this was because the Austin plant produced a lot before shipping since it’s a newer plant...
