I'm particularly worried about the Groveland SC tbh. Everyone wants to get as much juice as possible from this last SC, so I assume it would be very busy on weekends. And I have to make a stop there with a Model 3 SR. Will check status for that SC once my car is delivered :)

Thanks for sharing your experience and the tips! Now I'm pretty confident that SR can handle Lake Tahoe and Carmel without trouble.

That's true. But for the range, SR is software locked to 220 miles. Last time SR+ got improved from 240 mi to 250 mi while SR stays the same. As for 0-60 acceleration, SR is locked to 5.6s comparing to SR+'s 5.3s. That's why I was a little concerned about it.

Many datapoints are reporting improved acceleration on the update 2019.36.2.1 for SR+ and LR. So how about SR? Since acceleration in SR is software-locked, is it likely to get a boost with this update? Am looking to buy an SR so any information/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
