You can either go by your local Tesla Service Center or put the information into the service section of the app. By using the app, you'll only have to go to the Service Center once the part arrives.

I agree. I was there yesterday morning and was surprised how trashy it looked. My next stop was in Newnan, GA and while I was there a groundskeeper came by pickup up trash, cleaned up some mulch that had spilled into the parking spots. Big difference in the up keep of the two sites...

I've got a trip to Crossville, TN coming up in October. Right now the Destination charger is the only option I could find. I was hoping to find a hotel with a Destination charger, but haven't been able to locate one yet. I'm not holding hope for the Tesla SC station. Any other recommendations?
