It may look like that, but this white material is not stuck on the windshield on the outside. It is only removable using a razor blade carefully on the glass from the inside. I have not found anything yet to rule out it being a windshield material.

$2600 to $3000 before insurance. Tesla does not have a sales center (or service center) in Saudi Arabia. The nearest one is in UAE (Dubai). So even if I wanted to purchase a Tesla in Saudi Arabia I would have to order and import one from Dubai and pay shipping fees and similar import taxes.
