I have a 2021 long range, and when turning the heater on, the vents blow cool air. I submitted a service request and looks like this is a known issue by Tesla engineering but there’s no fix yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks! I’ll let the service team know. These are the parts they replaced during the 1st appointment and it didn’t fix the issue: ASSY, MOTORIZED 1.00 CHARGEPORT DOOR, SAE(1038548-00-I) ASY. CHARGE PORT 1.00 CONTROLLER GEN 4 NA(1619321-10-A)

It works perfectly when the trunk is open. Service tech tried to reposition the antenna wire but nothing worked. He said they may try to replace the antenna wire next.

Has anyone installed power frunk on the refreshed model s? If so, which vendor did you go with and did you have any issues?

Service replaced the ChargePort, but that still didn’t fix it. I have to reschedule to give them more time to look into it

It works when I pop the trunk. Is that a sign that the receiver is bad?

Yeah. I’m leaning towards leaving them as is. I’m afraid of what other issues may come up when they try to replace them.

I have the refreshed 2021 model s and the current version of the HPWC. Haven’t been to the supercharger yet, so haven’t tried their buttons. Port opens fine with the app/touchscreen, but it has never worked with the button on the HPWC
