Standard AutoPilot needs to switch lanes

We are with lots of users on this forum, why we don't make an official petition to Tesla to put this as standard. I just traded my 2016 Model S for model 3 and I am completely disappointed that basic AP can't change lines like my model S used to. This is both dangerous and annoying. About 80%...

    Model 3 - Afleveringen

    Firmware 8.1

Anyone else getting the mandatory back seat belt buckled chimes? This is very annoying and I haven’t found a way to turn it off. Maybe is only for Europe where passengers in the backseat need to wear the seatbelt?

    Autopilot....meh

Using it every day on my commute here in Nederlands. Highway driving is very boring here. 60MPH speed limits everywhere, speed cameras and almost no way to overtake anything during my commute. Autopilot helps me relax.

    New Tesla App is great

Been using the app for few days now on iPhone 7. Pros Much better UI design, cleaner, fresher More responsive than the old app iOS widget is handy Last updated status shows when the app was last refreshed Key-less start with touch ID Cons Not much new functionality added (except for the...

    Interior redesign coming?

Totally agree with the noise level. Going from a basic BMW 3 series to Model S, even after 2 months I still feel like I have a window slightly open in the car, is that much more noisy.

    Model S Software/Firmware wishlist

Because of all the Autopark accidents lately I would like to propose a change request for the way that Auto Park works. In my previous BMW, in order to autopark you will have to keep brake pressed, switch to reverse then slowly release brake and see what the car is doing. Your foot had to...

    Auto Park Accident

All these autopark accidents can be easily solved by changing how autopark works. In my pervious BMW, in order to autopark you will have to keep brake pressed, switch to reverse then slowly release brake and see what the car is doing. Your foot had to always be on the brake and just release...

    Model S AP crashes

After my incident with AP trying to crash me into a truck while passing, here is the investigation result from Tesla. "We take your report very seriously and your reported incident has been escalated to, and reviewed by, the appropriate department within our company. Data indicates that...

    Model S AP crashes

Autopilot tried to kill me again this evening. Driving on a 2 line highway in Belgium late in the night, easy rain, doing about 120kph on AP. While I was driving on second left line and overtaking a truck, the car started swerving right towards the truck at which point I tried to take over but...

    Vibration In Steering Wheel

I Have the exact same issue on my 70D (Novermber 2016 build). I took it this morning to service without seeing your post, I am curious when I pick it up later in the afternoon if they found this being the problem.

    75D Steering

I have the same problem on my November 2016 70D (I think it happend after I switched to winter tires) There is basically no road feedback in the steering anymore, it feels disconnected from the road and is very difficult to estimate when you are close to "losing the car" around a bend. Also...

    Door handle closing time?

10 seconds sounds about right and that is what I also get on my November 2016 build. Mostly I just close it from the fob, unless I am parked at home.
