I worked for Apple for 5 years as a genius....the otter box cases cause more problems than it’s worth. Great protection but not phone friendly for other stuff. If you really need the drop protection, look at Lifeproof cases.

Still stuck on 20.17 also. Dying to get the new camera view. Keep going out to my car a few times a day and hitting the software menu, forcing it to check. But nothing.

Just wanted to follow up on my previous reply...apparently v9 software has improved things for me. Caller said I sounded okay even after I turned back on the cellular on my watch.

Do you have an Apple Watch w/ cellular (Series 3 or 4)? This has been in other forum topics. If so, turn off the cellular on the watch and retest. According to my callers, it made a difference for me. Let's hope for a future fix.

How long did it take you to get your second VIN#? CAR #1 (VIN 067xxx) Delivery Date #1 (8/22): Got call the night before; scratch found...off to body shop. Delivery Date #2 (8/29): too much wrong with car, chips, scratches, trim out of place, dent in door, etc. Car #2 (no VIN# yet...2+ weeks...

I was not thinking of getting one at all until a sales associate showed me the screen on the Model 3 on the floor....it was trashed. Scratches all over it. Granted that is worse case usage. It was enough that I ordered the AO glass protector.

I wish that was true. Also in Chicago. Ordered AWD on 6/2 (black with black interior, 19” wheels)....so I’m officially past the 8 week mark. No call. No VIN. Edit: never mind, I take that back. Edit link gone and just filled out credit app! Woohoo!!!!! Progress!!

Congrats! Lets hope my call is coming soon then. I was thinking about changing to Obsidian Black but didn't want to mess with my timeline. So stayed with my Solid Black with 19" sport wheels.

For me, I'd be more accepting of it if I didn't see all the people "jumping" the line. People that just first reserved a few months ago and are getting their car already...that's where I have the problem. And when Tesla talks "We need to sell the more expensive cars first" My AWD is more $$...
