If I was going to use a cheat device, it's not because my hands aren't on the wheel, it would be because I'm tired of always having to apply force to the steering while. My fingers are always on the wheel but it's not enough force to stop the warning from engaging.

If that's true, I may have to look into trading in my Tesla for a Mercedes as Autopilot was the main reason I purchased a Tesla.

Yes, the new updates are absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if anyone actually did any real life testing before rolling this out. It sure doesn't seem like it unless their goal was to make autopilot completely useless.

I noticed it is getting worse. I was in a snowstorm the other day, slippery road conditions and it hammered the breaks for no reason. Surprised I didn't spin out. If someone was behind me, definitely an accident.
