Accept Trade-In...but then change your mind?

Wonder if anyone has done this. Since I live in Texas, Tesla needs to have the car fully financed before they can deliver it to my state. I have been conditionally approved for a loan and was planning to pay the rest via trade-in that has been already quoted at some other places. However, I...

When will the final purchase agreement appear?

Reading through the email with my ISA again from a couple of days ago...here's how I interpret the steps she laid out. Pre-approval letter (from wherever I get my loan - Done) I (ISA) submit the paperwork for delivery (Before this, I imagine I need to hear back about my trade in quote I...

When will the final purchase agreement appear?

Curious about this too as I'm in the same situation. Conditionally approved for my loan, while the rest will be paid via cash/trade-in. But I can't be 100% approved for the loan until I provide the Final MVPA.

    Pearl White Model S 75 RWD - 72k

Car is still currently under a loan with a CU located in California. I'm located in Houston, TX. I can work with whoever is interested in buying to make this as smooth as possible. Took delivery on 06/24. Current Mileage is 10,500 The only issue this car has had is to replace the MCU due to...

Planning to sell my Model S soon...but still on a loan. How does this work?

I will certainly look up Shift.com during when I'm ready to sell. Thanks! I'm not selling it yet. As it stands now, it probably won't be for another 3-4 months. Just wanted to ask the question about my situation ahead of time.

Planning to sell my Model S soon...but still on a loan. How does this work?

I'm guessing my best option is to sell it back to Tesla or to something like CarMax. However, if I were to go private, what would be the best way to tackle this? Current Loan Balance: 38000 Credit Union: Tech CU (California) My Location: Houston, TX I understand no one would want to buy a car...

This panel gap worth having SC fix?

Sorry for not responding over the weekend. Was out of town with no access to my laptop. I just measured using a measuring tape and got back exactly .4 inches or 10.16 mm far as the space between goes. Based on what you posted, mine is slightly bigger than yours. Yeah, I sent them a picture...

This panel gap worth having SC fix?

Good point. Since my work is near the service center, I'll probably pop in and ask for their opinion as well.

This panel gap worth having SC fix?

Yeah. It's what connects the glass top to the rear hatch.

This panel gap worth having SC fix?

I don't know why I never noticed, despite having the car for 6 months, but man does this look egregious from some angles. It is the between point between the glass roof and rear hatch. To top it off, it's been raining non-stop the past week and half, and I've been driving in it quite a bit. Now...

75 and 75D variants increased performance from July 1st - software and hardware improvements?

Man, and here the only reason I didn't buy the "D" model is because living in Texas, I really have no need for it...

75 and 75D variants increased performance from July 1st - software and hardware improvements?

Reading some of the posts here, I just got off the phone from my Dallas SC. Guy sounded like he was reading off a statement sheet, but essentially said that Mid-June produced cars were the cutoff date, and any cars taking delivery July 1st or after could be updated. Mine (75 RWD) was produced...

    Next "version" of Model S

I would not be surprised if the leather quality of the Model 3 is similar to the Model S...because the Model S was not worth its price to begin with... With that being said, Tesla will definitely need to step it up in order differentiate between the Model 3 and S. Better leather, faster...

Things I learned about Slacker Streaming

So I can't create playlists via phone app or computer. If I'm understanding everyone correctly, there is no work around unless you get your own slacker account?
