eMMC recall reimbursement
They are trying to say I didn't have the eMMc chip replaced because it doesn't state it clearly in the repair invoice. I may try calling the service department and get them to add that to the invoice. What a joke! -

I am having the same problem! I just sent an email saying that if I am denied, I will file a complaint with the National Highway Safety Administration. Truthfully, this looks like the making of a class action lawsuit.
