I had that same issue luckily the SC corrected it by moving the window. Among my list of things to fix, this was the only thing that got right. Hate Tesla.

Good luck , I have never seen a single individual on this forum since I had my 2016 X and now my 2023 X ever figuring out how to reduce noise. Its a noisy crappy , uncomfortable car and I wish I never bought it.
