Have you also had the issue of the blinker not making sounds when attempting a call?

Just checked and the chargers are not live yet. It looks as though everything is installed and waiting. Even the ChargePoint charger isn't active yet. I can't tell the version but I took a picture of the sticker in case that helps.

Thanks for the hard work. I came across an older Wall Connector in bad shape with a thin white wire in the cable. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what the white wire does other than assume it is a neutral that isn't used any more. Did you come across a white wire in your research?
