I have Liberty and its the same situation where you have no actual agent. I just used a general customer service email and insurance was not an issue during delivery.

I was told that they will do the treatment once. Tesla does not consider the yellow border to be a defect or problem with operation, but considers it a cosmetic issue. It is definitely worth asking them I would think.

I have had the screen in my 2018 model S replaced for the yellow border. The new screen turned yellow as well. I took it to the service center to have them do the UV treatment on the new screen and it worked for a while. I think it has been about a year now and the yellow border is coming back...

I was looking at my tesla account using my computer, not the app on my phone, and noticed that there is a subscribe button in the upgrades section. When you click on it all you get is a message to "Check back for future updates". Perhaps they are preparing the FSD subscription feature?

Great to hear your story! I am curious about your home solution to the yellow screen. Is there another thread on the forum that details how that is done? And my headlight also has a burned out DRL. Still need to take it in....

I certainly did get screwed and am underwater a fair amount, despite placing a hefty down payment. A new model S now has more range and features than my car for less money. Sucks for us, but I am very happy to see the cost of the vehicles becoming more affordable for everyone.

That site is very popular and in constant use. On multiple occasions I have seen them out of service due to people running over them etc. I have not seen 5 of them out though!

I had a similar issue with voice commands when I updated to 50.1. I had to stop the dash cam and remove the USB then do a reboot. I also realized that the behavior of the voice input button has changed. It used to be that you had to press the button a second time when you were done speaking...

I have not measured it, but will know soon. At least I am not also suffering from slow charging speed. Well, not yet anyway.

I agree with your assessment. My 1.5 year old 75D has nearly 10% degradation if I follow the instructions as listed. If I add 4 kWh back for the buffer I have only lost about 3%. I have been unwilling to drive past 0 miles to test out the theory!
