    Sirius XM stops working AGAIN

Mine does the same thing as all of you. What the heck is up with that?

    FSD Really This Bad?

Oh okay I get it. Perhaps my car was simply from stock production ~ with FSD added to complete my order. I can accept that.

    FSD Really This Bad?

Do any of you actually have FSD listed on your window sticker? I ordered it, and got it, but my sticker does not show it. I was told that the feature is added at the delivery location & for that reason it is NOT possible to have it listed on the sticker.

2022 "Refreshed" "Refresh" Model S Headlights, Taillights Charge Port, Plaid Badge in the Flesh

Guys & gals, for those who took delivery prior to the headlight & taillight makeover... It is truly no big deal. This is a minor change that 95% of the world would not be able to differentiate. I tell you what though... Add wheels, tint & lowering links for the win.

Why no Holiday Update for pre 2021 Model S?

That seems right. Here is the full story: I enrolled in the Beta program as soon as the car would allow (month ago). At 1st the car (2021 Plaid) did not show any sign of FSD or the Beta option from the day of pick up. But after a few weeks it showed up (I was told that I would not get an...

Why no Holiday Update for pre 2021 Model S?

Chris++ That was it. A reboot & I was off to the races. I did a quick 10 mile loop with no intervention (on Christmas day of course, so limited traffic). Thank you!

Why no Holiday Update for pre 2021 Model S?

Well... It does show there in that last photo "...you are enrolled in FSD beta..." so I am pretty sure that is a good indicator. But the version 10.showing on my screen:

Why no Holiday Update for pre 2021 Model S?

Thank you & Merry Xmas! I got nothing to turn on (that I haven't already) for FSD by the looks of it... Then when I go to Nav it just works like Nav always did. No FSD!

Why no Holiday Update for pre 2021 Model S?

Hey all. I got an update to FSD 10.8 last night. Can anyone tell me how to activate it? I took a short drive this morning and nothing is different when I activate autopilot. Is there an activation sequence that I am missing? Do I need to use it with nav? My safety score on the App has gone ~ so...

    Yoke buttons flickering

I have this nuisance too. But never put any thought into it. Just seems like a non-event.

2021+ Model S tires and wheels: all things (Plaid, LR, OEM, aftermkt, 19, 20, 21, summer, winter etc.)

Just for public information I bolted on a set of 20's yesterday to my 2021 Plaid with 275/35 & 305/30 rubber. Fit was easy as Sunday morning. No re-calibration required. Overall tire diameter was within .5 front/rear of factory 19 tempest set.

The Red Room (Superior Color ofc)

Red is the it color. Mine showed up this month. Had an April 2022 delivery date originally (Oct 1 order), then went to March 2022, then a week later went to January, then two days later went to Jan 2022 / Dec 2021. Then the next surprise was a week later the web site showed November. It arrived...

Owners delivery stories, photos and first impressions

@Ribeyesteak - After 250 miles I have gotten use to the Plaid acceleration (yes, quickly). However it is without a doubt shockingly fast, but think about it, even Top Fuel drag racers get use to severe acceleration pretty quick. I have a garage with plenty of fast cars ~ and they all still feel...
