Norway got a full 2,5 hrs to order today before they sold out. Will post some pics when I get it installed with the Thule motion XXL probably early next week.

In Norway we will be able to order the roof rack this week, I will post some pictures of the bolts etc. once at hand.

Please feedback if you see any changes to installation instructions and/or hardware as opposed to what it was like previously. Change to the lug nut length perhaps?

With not being in stock for some time and reading of some owners having installation issues, can one assume that Tesla has withdrawn the roof rack altogether? Tesla themselves are not giving out any info on the matter which I can only assume is because they see it would hurt sales, or could...

Tesla Norway will see a lot of cancellations I think if the roof rack is not available within the next couple of weeks when deliveries start. A shame that the Tesla communications dept. is not doing any communicating about why so few were sold, why they were so quickly out of stock and when/if...

In Norway we are expecting thousands of car deliveries within a few weeks. Tesla Norway say the roof rack will be available but have no idea when. Why is information flow so poorly executed in Tesla on this I wonder? Do they not have a communications dept.?

Has anyone got word on why they are not selling the roof racks anymore? With thousands of cars pouring into Europe, many countries here use roof racks for their ski boxes several months of the year, so it would be nice to know what´s happening.

I really hope that they will start selling them again of course, I am not here to try and spread any false rumors or to do trolling in the thread. Hopefully they are ready for when the European online shop opens (which supposedly is sometime (Tesla time?) in Q1 :-)

Which is why I think they have actually taken this option off the market and the Model Y will be the ONLY option that will have a roof rack possibility. But why Tesla would not offer this on all their cars except the Roadster is beyond me if they want to try and sell as many cars as possible -...
