    Aren't those for when you are in the car and want to open or shut it? We don't let the kids (5&7) touch any buttons.

    I just went to close the FWD and pressed the red button, that I have been doing for months now. The button literally pushed inside of the car door and completely disappeared. I can now only close the door from the screen now. Patience is key with this car but this is ridiculous.

    I feel your pain.... We've owned our X for 20 days, 17 of which it has been in service center with no end in sight. My husband and I can barely talk about it anymore. We are too angry.
