In Sac area myself, just had 2 installed in Jan for $18ish via Tesla. reason for slowness is PGE, engineering, govt approvals/inspections and install calendar filling up. 3 months is pretty fast.

I read this thread before my install on Monday so I was paying attention, I have the new gateway and the installers confirmed. I forgot to take a pic before the cover was put on.

I had a mid-Dec install date, bumped to mid-Jan. Did offer up the 4% rebate. Installed and running.
