    N2itive Alignment Kit 1 for 2017 MX

It sounds like you're talking about the rod end. This is all forged out of one piece of chromoly. I'm not aware of any better or stronger way to make the rod end. If there was then this is exactly what we would be doing. We don't spare expenses on processes to save a few pennies with any of our...

    N2itive Alignment Kit 1 for 2017 MX

Hi, I think there may be some confusion. We don't do any welding with the bushings. The only part that is welded on the new design is the 10mm ball that is attached to our new stainless bracket. Getting this ball to be in the exact correct place was something we spent some time developing a...

JEBINC's review of new N2itive "tartan" adjustable camber arms for Plaid and MS/MSLR (2021+)

Hi, I just wanted to clarify that the drop forging process is not pouring molten metal into a mold. This is just die casting or sand casting. This type of manufacturing is not suitable for automotive suspension parts. In our drop forging process the metal is warm but is still solid. It is...

Suspension Issue - Independent Shop? NY/NJ Area

Talk to Paul at Home They're not a suspension shop but do work on Teslas and can easily do this. $2,200 is a lot for toe and camber labor.

N2itive Lowering Links for Refreshed LR/Plaid

@Aggmeister2010 Sorry, I think you're misunderstanding me. The Blox will likely not work for the same reasons that our original lowering links will not work. They are simply the wrong size. It's not something that you can just adjust and make it the correct size.

N2itive Lowering Links for Refreshed LR/Plaid

@Aggmeister2010 It's because the links are a different length on the new Plaids. While the links are adjustable there just isn't enough range to compensate for that large of a distance. Even at the minimum length either the front or back would be slammed to the ground depending on where you...

    Alignment issue

Sorry for the delay. I don't check the forums that often. So you want to look for any obvious damage along with any excessive play coming from the bushing. So you'll need to provide some movement in the suspension to check for this play. I don't have any suggestions on front aftermarket...

    Alignment issue

0.5° is quite significant actually on an adjuster that only gives you a degree or so of adjustment to begin with. It's certainly enough to cause uneven tire wear issues. I would have Tesla look at it. Hope it works out for you!

    Alignment issue

Your bushings in your front control arms are likely shot. Most likely upper. Replacing the arms would most likely be the solution but it's hard to say without inspecting the car. Also I would suggest setting that left rear toe over to 0.15 to improve your rolling resistance even though it's...
