Tesla drops prices on X/S $20k. All colors free. Bye bye resale

This free trial is quite annoying. Unless I’m 120% looking ahead at all times it flashes and eventually disengages the drive. Even for looking comments get my coffee cup or looking over to my wife next to me for a brief second on a highway with no one in front of me within vision. On 3rd of 5...

Tesla drops prices on X/S $20k. All colors free. Bye bye resale

Historically, tesla drops prices at quarter end or if there are some impending minor changes coming. Seems great initially but I’ve learned to keep a bit of a watch whenever I see a Tesla price adjustment ! Wondering when they will revamp the interior dash to strip lighting in keeping with the...

    Choosing a 2022 or 2018 M3LR AWD

Good purchase…well done 👍🏽 Question…what is the exact expiry date of the battery warranty ? This will tell you the original sale date and then you can hone in on what specific features your car came with at the time. 2022 saw some improvements in the screen hardware chip, dual pane front glass...

    Model 3 Highland Performance/Plaid Speculation

Do you have some Perf stats for this? 2.8 M3P is lower than anything posted so far even with forged 18” rims/tires and ripped out seats lol.

    Model 3 Highland Performance/Plaid Speculation

This would match exactly the original P85DL spec when it first came out on model S in 2014. Fluke :)

Do you normally use "CHILL" mode or "NORMAL" mode with your model Y?

Totally agree here. Yes I’m glad I provided the context to clear it up. Why take a chance. The Y mattress is a pretty nifty item on long trips/camping and does provide moments of stretching or napping while charging or at destination. It’s also an automatic ticket if any cop drives by and sees...

Do you normally use "CHILL" mode or "NORMAL" mode with your model Y?

I think my text got misinterpreted or rather I didn’t explain in detail. The rear passenger kid sat in the rear on the 1/3 side while the mattress was flat on the 2/3 side. It has a split design to allow this. A kid or both would use it whenever we stopped at a charging area, or to eat, or we...

Do you normally use "CHILL" mode or "NORMAL" mode with your model Y?

There are days I prefer chill. And days I want to mash the peddle. God bless both options :)

M3 Highland - Demo Drive Thoughts

No way… Model X bumper, new Roadster lights, model S hatchback , Highland rear lights , MS diffuser ,CT steering wheel. … lol 😂

M3 Highland - Demo Drive Thoughts

Maybe it’s the old front bumper that has always been the issue. The inverted flat angle which gives it the frog look lol. old front lights, new front number. Voila!

M3 Highland - Demo Drive Thoughts

Are we the only two humans to think this? Lol. I find the old look more aggressive and Porsche looking vs the new slimmer ‘Japanese car’ (pick any manufacturer) look. New is cleaner looking and refreshed but perhaps more of an appliance/. Rear tail I prefer the new style and diffuser.

Do you normally use "CHILL" mode or "NORMAL" mode with your model Y?

lol. I’m actually quite good at feathering tbh but in sport, even the slightest shift of the foot causes more torque than necessary. It’s interesting as I’ve tired accelerating from 0-60kph in chill at a relaxed pace and mirroring the same pace in Sport. Result? The torque ‘feeling’ in sport...

Do you normally use "CHILL" mode or "NORMAL" mode with your model Y?

Just came back from a 1500 mile trip for soccer tournaments in NJ and Vermont. A lot of driving through some winding roads and highway both on our MYP. We have the camper mattress and often just kept the back seats folded and available for anyone to lie down. The teens (17 and 14) both...
