36.16 and 40.4 both have reduced rate @32A for me on P3D+. Both at home and at Tesla's HPWC

HPWC can be set to 80A on a 100A circuit, though most Tesla cars only have 48A AC>DC converter and thus as of today, 60A circuit with 48A setting is sufficient. (though I went for the 100A to future proof it)
