Yeah scam is a strong word. Hovewer “incompetent” doesn’t deceive the issue fully. Tesla app randomly brings up Upgrade screen even when not pressed which is probably a prime reason for accidental buying. What do you call a company who know they have known issue but refuse to do anything about it? -

It happened to me as well. On a rainy day trying to get 8 month old in a car while my phone with Tesla app open in my hand - I accidentally ordered Speed boost for$2k. The worst thing about the whole thing is experience with Tesla. haven't even got the software update yet but they will not...
