This has NOT happened to us. We signed documents for FUSC transfer on 11/27 and have kept enjoying FUSC on our old car as we wait for a VIN on a MSP- NikolaWasRight

Between my 2015 P90DL ("240 miles" @ 100%) and a MSP - it'll cut off hours of my drives to Austin, TX and be able to go to LAX - SAN - LAX without charging, which is a quality of life upgrade I need badly. Just trying to be patient.- NikolaWasRight

They technically can go off manufacturing date for 2023 model year like they used to pre 2018. My P90DL was manufactured Dec 12th 2015 delivered Dec 18th 2015, and was same model year as manufactured year.- NikolaWasRight
