The insurance company is trying to make this a collision claim instead of comprehensive? Should I send them the video?

I want to know if anyone knows how to remove the front chrome grill on the refreshed model S so that I can plastidip it or wrap it. Also, does anyone know how to remove the side mirror so that I can do the same?

So it rained last night while my car was parked, and then by the time I got home the car looked like it was 99% dry and no water spots. Looked completely shiny.

I was able to wash the car and then apply the first coat. Hopefully I did it right. But here are my pics I took.
