Why not just leave it in your FIL’s Tesla account and remain an additional driver or get his credentials to login directly to his account? It has no bearing on legal ownership of the vehicle.

My 2019 Raven started doing this right after they replaced the half shafts a couple of months ago. So, maybe it is a characteristic of the newer half shafts.

In my case, the driver door weatherstripping was hanging out near the bottom of the door when closed. Upon inspection I noted that it was loose at least 75% along the length of it.
