I don't know what the normalized difference would be. (Personally I'm looking more at the dynamic than the numbers themselves.)
Is this the de-classification that was supposed to reveal any evidence behind the DoE's "low-confidence" and the FBI's moderate-confidence assessments of the lab-leak theory? Sounds like there wasn't much behind all that excitement...
I haven't read the whole article but maybe in democratic counties the effect of mask mandates was smaller also because more of them were wearing masks anyway.
We probably all agree that NACS is a good thing and that this partnership is great news for electric cars in general. With Farley being thankful for the Tesla cooperation, I'm wouldn't interpret this as anything else than that.
